Delivery Information

At Hyderabad Flower Gifts, we are committed to delivering your gifts fresh, safely, and on time. Please read the following delivery terms before placing your order.

1. Delivery Date & Time Slot

Customers are requested to select their preferred delivery date and time slot during checkout. While we make every effort to deliver within the selected time frame, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other operational circumstances.

2. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and distance. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed during the checkout process before your order is confirmed.

3. Order Processing

Orders will be processed according to the delivery date selected during checkout.

If no delivery date is specified, your order will be processed within 24 hours of successful order confirmation.

4. Delivery Timings

Our standard delivery hours are between 7:00 AM and 11:30 PM.

While we strive to honor your requested delivery time, we cannot guarantee delivery at an exact hour. However, every effort will be made to ensure delivery on the selected date.

Special delivery options such as:

  • Midnight Delivery
  • Early Morning Delivery
  • Fixed Time Delivery

will be fulfilled according to the instructions selected during checkout, subject to operational feasibility.

5. Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 8:00 PM are generally eligible for same-day delivery, subject to product availability and delivery location.

Orders received after 8:00 PM for same-day delivery will be processed on a best-effort basis. If same-day delivery is not possible, the order will be delivered on the following day.

For urgent orders, customers are encouraged to contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order.

6. Recipient Availability

For perishable products such as:

  • Fresh Flowers
  • Cakes
  • Fruits
  • Gift Hampers containing perishable items

it is important that the recipient or an authorized representative is available at the delivery address.

If no one is available to receive the order after reasonable delivery attempts and contact efforts, the order may be considered successfully delivered to avoid deterioration of perishable items.

Where possible, our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient before completing the delivery.

7. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Heavy Rainfall
  • Flooding
  • Public Strikes
  • Natural Disasters
  • Road Closures
  • Government Restrictions
  • Other Force Majeure Events

In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order on the selected date. If delivery is not possible, the order will be delivered at the earliest available opportunity, typically on the next working day.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully delivered, it will be marked as completed in our system. In certain cases, delivery confirmation may include communication via call, message, or email where applicable.
